1. MEP Supervisors / Junior Engineers
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical field
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE FM experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE QHSE standards
- UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory)
2. Civil Supervisors
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in the Civil field
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE FM / construction experience
- Expertise in civil maintenance and fit-out works
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Strong English communication skills
- UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory)
3. CAFM Operators
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE FM experience
- Expertise in CAFM systems (FSI Concept Evolution, IBM Maximo, Archibus, Codemates or similar)
- Knowledge of asset management, PPM planning, and workflows
- Strong MS Office and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
