1. Multi-Skilled Technicians
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP systems or industrial/rail maintenance
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical field
- Ability to handle multiple systems and tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Support engineers during maintenance work
- Follow safety standards and protocols
2. Mechanical Technicians
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical / HVAC systems
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant field
- Knowledge of safety and mechanical operations
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and pumps
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with FM engineers
- Maintain maintenance logs
3. Plumbers
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of plumbing experience
- ITI / Diploma certification
- Knowledge of industrial plumbing systems
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain water supply, drainage, and tanks
- Repair leaks and faults
- Support preventive maintenance
- Maintain service records
4. Pool Heat-Cool / Heat Pump Technicians
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain heat pump systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues
- Read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Maintain installation and maintenance records
